The location of this place was fantastic, just a short walk from Yala National Park, and the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, resolving any problems I had.

Well, it was a very nice stay with his fantastic suggestions. The location was very central, near very reasonable transport from Marissa and to Ella and also the Safari in Yala, a really good restaurant and the garden, and there were a national park and a main street minutes away from the venue🙂👍

From bus schedules to safari arrangements, he went above and beyond to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience. the room was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and accommodating. We especially enjoyed the complimentary tuktuk ride to see the fruit bats at dusk. the safari organized by the resort with driver Asanka was also a highlight, with a delicious picnic breakfast and lunch included. the exceptional customer service and beautiful location made our stay unforgettable. Great hospitality with personalized service, pick up from station, reservation of transfers, and a knowledgeable driver for the safari. Saw all animals, including rare python and leopard up close. Clean and fully equipped rooms. English-speaking personnel always available.

They organized a fantastic safari to Yala National Park for us and even arranged transportation to and from the park. the room was impeccably clean, spacious, and the air conditioning worked perfectly. the staff went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable, offering tea, coffee, and cake before our safari, as well as providing us with snacks and water for our trip. They also took us to see the deer in the neighboring garden and the bats at sunset, giving us a unique and unforgettable experience. We felt like part of their family and received excellent service throughout our stay. We couldn't have asked for a better experience!

We saw incredible animals like leopards, elephants, and crocodiles. The staff's attention to detail and exceptional service made this the best place we stayed in Sri Lanka. The staff went above and beyond to ensure a comfy stay. They even took us on a tour, let us feed the deer , and arranged our transport. The food was delicious and the bed was super comfy. Loved it!

Oh, I'm just devastated that the couple on our safari backed out last minute. But of course, let's blame the hotel and complain about the price increase.
